Wee Care at Labor, Inc.

Our Mission

Wee Care at Labor was incorporated in 1990 as a non-profit worksite child care to promote the vital role of childcare as an integral factor in maintaining a quality work force, focusing upon the benefits of cooperative labor- business efforts.

            Wee Care at Labor provides child care to children of the employees of New York State Department of Labor, as well as children of other New York State employees, and if space allowing, the greater Capital Region.

            Wee Care at Labor strives to develop the whole child by providing education and enriching experiences in a safe, supportive, and secure environment. Children are encouraged to express their own thoughts and feelings through a variety of activities and learning experiences. We promote the partnership between staff and parents/guardians. In this partnership with parents/guardians, we also strive to achieve diversity and celebrate each child’s individuality.
